From the collaborative design minds of Jackie Astier of Astier NY and James Lowther of The Lacquer Company, CONCEPT opened their freshly painted doors on May 23rd of this year and they’ve enlisted an abundance of artisinal designers – perfectionists in their craft – ensuring the store will always have a bounty of standout products for their consumers to enjoy. The idea of the store itself was conceived during a vacation in Bali.”I was thinking about cool projects for the summer and wanted to collaborate with great designers for a Hamptons concept store.” says co-founder James Lowther. And great designers he found. Some of the staples that make up the inventory include designs from Alessandra Branca, Antony Todd home furniture & accessories, Clarissa Bronfman Jewelry, and even a selling art exhibition called “Amor Fati Art” by various artists.
The store is providing all hamptonites and visitors alike the opportunity to shop their meticulously curated inventory as new merchandise and new designers will be brought into CONCEPT each and every week. So as you finalize the rest of your summer getaway plans, may we suggest a trip out to the Hamptons for not only the beautiful beaches and yummy lobster rolls but for the extensive amount of high-end shopping, starting with CONCEPT Southampton.
